Bee’s Knees
Ingredients
- 60 ml (2oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 15 ml (1/2oz) Honey syrup
- 25 ml (3/4oz) Lemon juice
- Lemon slice
Method
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon.
Honey Syrup: Combine 1 part honey and ½ part warm water.
