Tuxedo No.2

Ingredients

• 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
• 15 ml (1/2oz) Dry Vermouth
• 10 ml (1/3oz) Maraschino liqueur
• 2 dashes Orange bitters
• Absinthe (as needed)
• Orange peel
• Maraschino cherry

Method

Combine ingredients (except Absinthe) in a chilled mixing glass and stir with ice. Spray or rinse a chilled coupe glass with Absinthe. Strain stirred ingredients into the chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel and maraschino cherry.
