- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 30 ml (1oz) Infused Campari
- 20 ml (2/3oz) Dolin Vermouth
- 5 ml (1/4oz) Christmas syrup
Stir over ice. Serve in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel and/or cinnamon stick.
Place cinnamon, anis, and oranges in campari for 12-24 hours.
Place equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Add a cinnamon stick, whole cloves, and allspice. Heat until sugar dissolves.
