Ingredients
- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 20 ml (2/3oz) Simple syrup
- 30 ml (1oz) Fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Skyr
- Dandelion flower
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a dandelion flower.
