  • 45 ml Ólafsson Gin
  • 30 ml De Kuyper Sour Apple Liqueur
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 5 ml rosemary syrup

Mix ingredients together and shake over ice. Double strain to a high ball glass filled with ice. Garnish with violets or other edible flowers.

Rosemary syrup: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and a handful of rosemary in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. remove from heat an let syrup steep, for about 30 minutes.
