Of Ice and Fire
- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 90 ml (3oz) Cranberry juice
- 35 ml (1.2oz) Lemon juice
- 35 ml (1.2oz) Raspberry syrup
- 10 ml (1/3oz) Ginger juice
Shake all ingredients together with ice, garnish with burnt rosemary.
Raspberry Syrup: Add 200 g raspberries, 150 g sugar and 150 ml water to a saucepan and heat gently for about 3-5 minutes. Let cool and strain into a bottle.
