Ingredients
- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 15 ml (1/2oz) Dry Vermouth
- 10 ml (1/3oz) Maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- Absinthe (as needed)
- Orange peel
- Maraschino cherry
Method
Combine ingredients (except Absinthe) in a chilled mixing glass and stir with ice. Spray or rinse a chilled coupe glass with Absinthe. Strain stirred ingredients into the chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel and maraschino cherry.
