Negroni

Ingredients

• 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
• 30 ml (1oz) Campari
• 30 ml (1oz) Dolin Vermouth
• Orange peel

Method

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass full of ice, strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with an orange peel.
