Icelandic Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 30 ml (1oz) Björk Birch Liqueur
- 30 ml (1oz) Espresso
- 10 ml (1/3oz) Vanilla syrup
Method
Shake with ice and double strain into a martini glass. Decorate with smoked rosemary.
