Icelandic Espresso Martini

Ingredients

• 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin ⁠⁠
• 30 ml (1oz) Björk Birch Liqueur
• 30 ml (1oz) Espresso ⁠⁠
• 10 ml (1/3oz) Vanilla syrup ⁠⁠

Method

Shake with ice and double strain into a martini glass. Decorate with smoked rosemary.
