Ingredients
  • 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin⁠
  • 90 ml (3oz) Premium tonic water
  • Sprig of thyme
  • Slice of grapefruit
Method

Fill a glass with ice, add Ólafsson and quickly pour in the tonic (so it all blends with the bubbles). Garnish with a sprig of thyme and/or a slice of grapefruit.
