Ólafsson Punch

Ingredients

• 300 ml (10oz) Ólafsson Gin
• 120 ml (4oz) Fresh lime juice
• 120 ml (4oz) Vanilla syrup
• 60 ml (2oz) Ginger juice
• 1 Bottle ginger beer
• Slice of lime
• Sprig of rosemary

Method

Pour all ingredients into a large jug. Fill up with ice. Stir together and garnish with lime and rosemary.
