The Icelandic Gimlet

Ingredients

• 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
• 25 ml (3/4oz) Fresh lime juice
• 15 ml (1/2oz) Simple syrup
• 10 ml (1/3oz) Blueberry liqueur
• Mint leaves
• Pomegranate seeds

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
