The Icelandic Gimlet
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 25 ml (3/4oz) Fresh lime juice
- 15 ml (1/2oz) Simple syrup
- 10 ml (1/3oz) Blueberry liqueur
- Mint leaves
- Pomegranate seeds
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
