Icelandic White Negroni
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 30 ml (1oz) Björk Liqueur*
- 25 ml (3/4oz) Dolin Vermouth Dry
- 4 drops Orange bitter
- Lemon peel
Method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass full of ice, strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a lemon peel.
*Björk Liqueur can be replaced by 20 ml Suze gentian liqueur.
