Icelandic Martini
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1.5oz) Ólafsson Gin
- 20 ml (2/3oz) Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 2 Drops saline solution
- Lemon twist
Method
Stir all ingredients in a mixer glass with ice. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Saline Solution: Mix 40 ml water with 10 ml sea salt, stirring until it dissolves. Pour into a drop-style bottle.
